Executives

Student leadership from across the university helps shape the league.

The UPNGRFL Executive Committee comprises student leaders from different academic disciplines across the University of Papua New Guinea. The committee is led by President Gagma Olto, a third-year Information Communication Science student from SHSS. Supporting the president is Vice President Nemaiah Jeffrey, a fourth-year BA (Political Science) student. The administrative affairs of the organization are coordinated by Secretary Tyran Apiwai, a fourth-year Political Science student, while the financial responsibilities of the organization are overseen by Treasurer Nathan Tul, a fourth-year Bachelor of Pharmacy student from SMHS. Together, the executive team represents a diverse range of academic backgrounds and is committed to promoting leadership, teamwork, student development, and the growth of rugby league within the University of Papua New Guinea.
